Whats the dfference between 3channel and 4channel rc helicopter when it comes to flying performance & control?

for hobby and toysWhats the dfference between 3channel and 4channel rc helicopter when it comes to flying performance %26amp; control?
Hi Lito,

A typical 3 channel heli has throttle, yaw and pitch.

Throttle makes the heli go up and down.

Yaw makes the heli turn left and right.

Pitch makes the heli lean forward and back (making the heli fly forwards and backwards).

A 4 channel heli adds roll.

Roll makes a heli lean left and right (making the heli fly sideways to the left and right)

That addresses your question, but I recommend this additional reading:

completley incorrect!! the channels on your reciever are ';X'; axis pitch:';Y'; axis ,left right and ';Z'; axis throttle. plane equivelant is elevetor aileron and throttle. on a chopper extra channels will give you more options with mixing channels or for optional equipment.it has nothing to do with FREQUENCY as the other guy was stating
There isn't anything different about the flying and performance......The channels are for other fliers......you don't want your expensive toy up in the air when somebody Else's frequency knocks you out of the air....The more frequencies your remote has the more fliers you can fly with...
